Printing costs are calculated based on the type of medium (paper/canvas) used and the square footage of the artwork or piece being printed.

Our base printing rate is only $8/sq. ft.  for any artwork printed on Somerset Velvet Fine Art Paper, a very high quality cotton textured fine art paper. Each print also has a standard cutting fee of $1 per print. Any prints that are under 1 square foot or 12 x 12 inches in size will be charged the minimum rate of $8.  

In order to calculate the price or square footage of your print please using the following model:

[Length (inches) x Width (inches) ] / 144 x (price per sq. foot) = printing cost per print + $1 = total finished cost 

So, for example, an 18 x 24 inch piece of art on Somerset Velvet paper would be calculated as follows:

18 in x 24 in / 144 x 7 = $23 to print + $1 to cut = $24 per print (finished cost)
